'Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! '

'Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty (and lovely to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea). Beautiful big room with a balcony right above the sea. A lovely calm atmosphere about the whole place. It was great to be able to go downstairs for a swim with islands to sit on just at the back of the hotel. 'Ik heb over enkele B&B’s al aardige dingen geschreven, maar dit is met afstand de beste waar we ooit gelogeerd hebben. Zeer centraal gelegen, zeer schoon en luxe ingericht. Heel erg goed ontbijt, eigenlijk ongelofelijk voor deze prijs. Als je de kans krijgt, twijfel dan niet en ga hier logeren. We hopen hier snel weer terug te komen.'

'Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do. '

'The beautifully decorated B &B felt curated. Decorated with love and care. Bravo. Our fourth floor room was wonderful- but a little too challenging for carrying bags up the stairs! Narrow and steep. There was lemonade to be made from lemons - there was a beautiful, large terrace exclusively for us. Manuela was exceptionally helpful. She sat down and mapped all the charms of Ortigia. Her weekend replacement was lovely. The B & B offers a wonderful breakfast for 10 euros. Enough for 2. '
