This detached bungalow is situated on a 600 m² plot in the romantic Pressnitz Valley between Niederschmiedeberg and Schindelbach, at the end of a quiet settlement and right on the edge of the forest. The holiday home was built in 1980 and renovated in 2015.

The approx. 50 m² bungalow has a living/dining room with a cosy sofa corner with sleeping function for two people, a coffee table, a 42-inch LCD satellite TV / streaming TV (WiFi and streaming providers such as Netflix and Prime Video included in the price), as well as a large window with a direct view of the Pressnitz Valley and a dining table with space for up to four people. The small kitchen is equipped with a mini oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine and leaves nothing to be desired. In the bedroom there are two single beds (0.90 m wide), which can also be put together to form a double bed on request. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and illuminated mirror. Bed linen and towels are provided on request for a small extra charge. Heating is available in all rooms. Internet / Wla included in the price.

The 600 m² property is located directly on the edge of the forest and is completely fenced. The sheltered terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun protection and two loungers. There is also a barbecue for a cosy barbecue evening. There are two free car parking spaces in front of the house. A maximum of two pets are allowed for a fee.

In summer and winter, the Ore Mountains are the ideal place to relax. Hike or cycle through an enchanting landscape and experience pure nature. Enjoy the extensive forest areas, the clean air and the peace and quiet. The hiking/cycling trails start right on the doorstep, as do the cross-country ski trails in winter. Excursions to nearby Augustusburg Castle, Scharfenstein Castle or Wolkenstein Castle should also be on your agenda. The city of Chemnitz is approx. 35 km away and Dresden is only about an hour away by car. Via the nearby Reitzenhain border crossing, you can take trips to our neighbouring country, the Czech Republic, where you can visit the Bohemian spa triangle of Karlovy Vary, Marienbad and Franzensbad, for example, or take a day trip to the capital city of Prague (approx. 75 minutes by car). The "Aqua Marien" fun pool in Marienberg with slides, sauna and wave pool is open all year round. The opportunities for active recreation are inexhaustible, as the Pressnitz Valley cycle path leads past the holiday home in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the famous Pressnitz Valley railway by bike via the cycle path or after a half-hour hike. Motorcyclists will also find new tours here every day along the sometimes winding Erzgebirge roads. The nearest grocery shop is around three kilometres away.
