'Nice lodge (superior), air con was nice. Beds basic but fine, shower ok. Beach sunbeds were expensive (£260 for 4 sunbeds for 6 days) but nice enough beach and had to go there because the pool has some crazy ridiculous rule about wearing a silly rubber hat in the pool when it’s 33 degrees. They are not worried about all the children weeing in the pool but if a hair were to fall out!
It’s obviously a ploy to divert people away from the pool area and onto the beach which you have to pay for so...

'We (4 adults, 2 children) had a very pleasant stay at Villa Lia in Boccheggiano. Marco and Lia welcomed us warmly and introduced us to the Villa, which is on a stunning location with a magnificent view over the surrounding valleys and oriented to the south. The house is very well equipped. The outside area is large with several terraces and a nice swimming pool with a comfortable temperature of 27C. 'Superleuk appartementen complex uit 2008, alles schoon, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Inrichtingen en grootte verschillen vanwege verschillende eigenaren. Locatie is prima, dichtbij strand en leuke plaatsjes. Bakkertje komt elke ochtend langs. Zeker de moeite waard om naar terug te komen, gaan we dus ook zeker doen. Personeel heel aardig en behulpzaam, spreken ook goed engels. Enige minpunt is dat het zwembad wat aan de kleine kant is op de drukkere dagen. Alles bijelkaar...
