'Michael was really helpful allowing us late access after missing our flight and arriving late at night. We stayed in a ground floor room with a plunge pool and it was beautiful. "We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this place. What stood out most was the staff: they are incredibly helpful, genuinely caring, and clearly have a real passion for both their business and the people they serve. It never feels like they are doing this just for the money; their dedication and hospitality come across in every interaction. The rooms were absolutely spotless and very well maintained; Thank you Joy and Sherine ❤️ As for comments about noise, I think it’s important to remember that this largely depends on the guests who happen to be staying at the same time. That’s something no hotel or accommodation provider can fully control. During our stay, we found that any noise issues were mostly related to other guests. Overall, the cleanliness, warm atmosphere, and exceptional staff made for a great experience. I would happily stay here again."
