'The food was great but the room was to cold for me and my wife comfort. I tried many times to rise the temperature but it only went to 72.When I stay again for more than one night I will call the front desk to send maintenance to repair the issue.'

'We were traveling from Michigan to South Carolina. I booked online prior to arrival. Upon checking in I was assigned a dirty room not once but twice. The third room was too small for my family and not what I paid for. Took four tries to get us a clean, correct room. '

'My biggest complaint is the pool. It was advertised as heated/indoor. I called the hotel to confirm my self and was told it was heated. It was ice cold. It was honestly the only reason we stayed at this hotel. My kids were very disappointed. '
