The newly renovated cabin provides a comfortable relaxing space, whether you are riding the trails, fishing the lakes, or even spending time at the beach. In the evening take in a sunset while grilling on the terrace, then head down to the camp fire to toast up some s'mores.

We did not stay for two nights left a day early when flushing the toilet backed to kitchen sink. house keeping did not remove spider webs in bed room and kitchen, crackers and crumbs on queen bed when entering. location is excellent cottage could be nice if cleaned properly lost one night stay.

wonderful stay, cabin had everything we needed or may have forgot. beach was beautiful and home was incredibly clean.This cabin is in the drive way of a larger home. the larger home is between you and the beach but no one was staying there so we have the property to ourselves. the store down the road has fresh donuts on the weekend that were great!

We had a very nice stay here. Was supplied with what we needed. Beds were very comfy and was nice to have smart tvs to connect to our streaming accounts. We had rain both evenings we stayed so it came in handy. We were a bit unhappy about the view. The listing does not mention there is another cabin on the property that blocks your view of the beach and is a bit deceiving. But the cabin was empty and the walk to the beach is not bad. Loved that there was wood provided to have fires on the beach and was a nice treat to have smores stuff available for use since we did forget ours. Host was very responsive to our questions. Bonus was having a propane grill. The spiders were a bit creepy but after knocking down the webs a few times, there was no issue. We would definitely stay again. Very cute little cabin and the store down the road makes some tasty fresh donuts.

Our stay was nice! The owners had supplied us with laundry soap, smore ingredients, cream and sugar, coffee pods, dishes etc. The resident before us damaged the shower door, but they sent someone out same day to install a curtain to allow us to use the shower. The only complaint is the water has a strong sulphur smell crossed with wet dog. The place is on well water, which could explain it. we mentioned it to the owner and they stated they had not had the complaint before so there could be something going on with the water. Outside of this, it was a great stay! Very memorable. The access to the beach was perfection! There is a fire pit, chairs, private access to a non busy part of the beach.

Overall we were happy with the cabin, although we were a bit cramped with 4 adults and a toddler. Because there was no space for supplies for our stay the small table area had to be used so there was no place to eat except outside. The beach area and the campfire were wonderful. Road noise due to the cabin being less then 50 ft. from the road was an issue when sitting on the deck. George was very easy to communicate with and the sandy beach was the highlight for us.

.peaceful getaway

Just myself and my dog as the kids were unable to make it but it was great to walk the dog down the beach so much and he loved the sand. Fire pit was great and all provisions provided yet I didn’t use coffee machine. If you like making coffee you should bring your own machine. I’m glad I brought mine. Nice bedroom but no ac in that room in particular so had to get the kitchen ice cold for it to get cool but then again I like a cold bedroom. A very peaceful retreat as Bo one was in the home in the property the entire time I was there so had all the outside space to myself. Loved the pet station, so handy and appreciated. Lots of extra wood for fireplace and fire pit which was very nice. Couldn’t close screen on patio due to all the cobwebs and bugs inside it. A lot of bugs are on the side of it in the mornings so that sort of freaked me out. Loved the keyless entry too so that was handy when I made sightseeing trips and long walks on the beach. Even had a lot of water for me which was appreciated.

A Great Getaway

This place was perfect for our girls getaway. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The grounds were very beautiful and well kept and it was only a short walk through the yard to the most beautiful beach. We had so much fun! We will definitely book this place again!

Family fun in the sun

Original my stay was booked for 2 people and my dog but things changed before the trip and the host was so accommodating. Everything in the home was clean and organized, we had several stores with in a 2-5 mile range of the cabin. The home is a small cabin on the property and there is a bigger home closer to the water but just a short walk down a cute path you were met with the most amazing sandy beach with clean and clear water. I loved the fact I could bring my dog, they had a clean up station on the property and that was very handy. I have family in the area so we would gather and BBQ and there was more than enough outdoor seating for us to enjoy and eat. I will be back again as it was an awesome experience

The cabin itself was clean. Bedrooms were good. Kitchen/living area was small. Two of the table stools were broken. Washer and dryer were nice. The beach area was beautiful but needs some better furniture. The cabin was very close to the road. The heat did not work on chilly mornings. The host sent someone to change the batteries but that was not the problem and the heat never worked. The cleaning lady brought an electric heater which helped. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The cabin is nice but needs some attention.

Cozy cabin on lake

This is our second stay here. They added a screen door to the French door which was needed. The cabin is as listed it is clean and quaint. We had difficulty with the drainage in the house which we notified the host. The beach furniture needs replacing. I would not sit on the wood. I recommend bringing your own beach chairs. The wooden walkway needs cleaned and the sand groomed by the old house that sits in front of the cabin that blocks the view of the water from the cabin. I love the privacy of the beach area. They have a stacked washer and dryer. I washed one load and my light blue shirt came out with rust stains. Just a warning. The water smells and recommend bringing drinking water and ice for your personal use.
