'The apartment suited our needs - clean, plenty of towels, hot water and water pressure great, kitchen stocked with the right utensils, good sized bedroom and living/dining area. Washer/dryer works well. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Ballston. The hotel is in a great location for access to 2 metro stops - only 3-4 blocks walk. There are LOTS of restaurants within a short walk, also a grocery, pharmacy, pretty much everything you need. '

'This property is extremely accessible to DC and Arlington areas, 3 minutes for Reagan airport with no noise, and easy communication with excellent support from the host. We came for our son’s college graduation. It is nicely appointed however has just the basics in the kitchen and bath so bring all essentials. We enjoyed the city view and walking to restaurants and shopping. Remember to pay for parking if needed :) It was a great stay and highly recommend this property. Also, try Hank’s Oyster...

'Fabulous location, easy to Uber all over the city. Neighborhood is very quiet. We never heard one siren at night. Neighborhood is safe, we walked to Whole Foods one day. Beds were very comfortable. Good pillows. Being from Texas we loved every room had ceiling fans for air movement. Communication with homeowner was great. '
