Broads Cottage par East Ruston Cottages

  • Well presented cosy cottage moments from beautiful walks around the Norfolk Broads. A short drive to numerous dog friendly beaches and a great dog friendly pub a short walk away! Sleeping six over three bedrooms (one ground floor with ensuite) and a further shower room upstairs. Four dogs are welcome free of charge.

    Kitchen/Diner
    The well appointed modern kitchen is spacious and bright. There is a dishwasher, washer-drier, electric oven, ceramic four ring hob, microwave and under counter fridge with ice box. To the right is a dining area to comfortably seat six.

    Lounge
    Carry on through to the lounge where there is a four and three seater sofa. There is hardwood flooring and large rug. The shelving has a host of games to play and there are throws provided for the sofas.

    Downstairs Ensuite Bedroom
    Back through the kitchen to reach the downstairs bedroom with kingsize bed. There are bedside tables with lamps and a view over the garden. The large ensuite wet room has a walk in shower and freestanding bath, WC and basin.

    Bedroom Two
    The second bedroom has a standard double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.

    Bedroom Three
    Bedroom three has two 3′ single beds, tall boy for storage and a hanging area.

    Upstairs Shower Room
    The upstairs shower room has a walk in shower, WC and basin.

    The driveway has parking for up to three cars beyond the 5-bar gate making it a secure exit for your dogs. The parking area is within the garden which is fully fenced. There is an outside dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.

    Lovely cottage in a peaceful setting

    Beautiful cottage, extremely comfortable and well equipped. In a peaceful rural location. A very relaxing place to stay.

    Great location.

    Cottage was excellent, and the garden was secure. 3 minute walk from the Lion Inn, which was very dog friendly. The river again was only 3 minute walk away. Lovely walks around the area. 4 adults and 3 dogs, where we never felt hemmed in, as the cottage easily accommodated us all.

    Really enjoyed our week at this beautifully renovated cottage. Walking the dogs by the marina was a treat for them and us. Local beaches in easy reach by car and many were almost empty and dog friendly. A perfect location for a week away in early autumn

    Great cottage great location

    Lovely cottage 2 mins walk from the Norfolk Broads. Well equipped & spacious lovely little garden for our dog's to enjoy however the road outside was busy at times but parking within the garden was a plus and great for loading and unloading the dogs away from road. There was one little issue with the tap in the kitchen which mark resolved promptly. WiFi was not the best but I guess that's because of the village location. Lots of great walks from the doorstep for the dogs and we found a couple of walks were the dogs could have a free off lead run. Lots of Beaches are all within 15 mins drive, we loved staying in Norfolk and everything it offered for us and the 6 dogs
