I got NO messages as they claim they send to other reviewers about this policy, and when I reviewed my confirmation, the policy is on tiny print amongst all the other tiny print AT THE BOTTOM of the tiny print. 'Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.'

There was an outlet right over the headboard that was being pulled so tight that the item plugged into it was pulling it sideways and out of the wall. Looked dangerous. The floor slanted and felt hollow underneath. The towels did not smell clean.'
