'This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

'The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.'

'Shower in cottage is quite small. My husband, who is small, felt cramped. Cabin itself is also very small. Sunset over the lake was probably the best we’ve ever seen. '

'You gave us a confirmed reservation. The hotel says they never got it. The property was in terrible condition. You should delist it. We had to find another location when rates jumped up due to Bills- Cheifs game '

'Staff was polite n friendly! Room was clean. It was extremely windy this night and there was a garbage can blowing against my car most of the night. There was coffee in the am but no sugar only Splenda:( and no continental breakfast as described. It served its purpose.'
