« Love the closeness to the beach, affordable stay. Clean, but there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. A place to hang clothes would have been nice. The owner is in contact through texting, and is very receptive. »

« Great location! Loved the neighborhood and was within walking distance of Old Port. Clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again! »

« The property was in an excellent location. Close to Congress Street, and within walking distance to downtown Portland, the Old Port and Deering Oaks Park. Comfortable beds, clean towels and a well equipped kitchen. Late check out and a parking space provided for an extra fee. The property manager David was fantastic. Instant communication with any questions that we had upon arrival. We recommend this property to others visiting Portland. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the location was convenient - with a bakery right next door, a cozy neighborhood market and a small creamer across the street. We especially enjoyed having our breakfast on the front porch...super cute. »

« Appartement récemment rénové. Contient toutes les commodités. Terrasse sur le toit est génial. Le seul petit bémol est la présence de plusieurs sans-abris dans le quartier. Cependant, ils n'ont pas été incommodant plus qu'il ne faut. Je recommande sans réserve. Nous avons souvent loué sur Vrbo et ce fut un des plus beaux appartements dans lequel noys avons logé. »

« Very cute and clean apartment with dedicated parking space on the property. We walked to the beach multiple times because it was an easy walk and close by, as well as Palace Playland. The apartment had everything we needed and a lot of towels, which was great. We would recommend to our friends and family. »

« Perfectly situated, not too far from old orchard while being in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. However there were no curtains on the room window so the sun will wake you up early. »

« I had a lovely stay at this charming cottage. It was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities you could want. I especially enjoyed the screened porch. I would definitely come back on a future trip! »

« We had a great stay! The place was spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. Great location that was in walking distance to many restaurants. We could also walk to the Sea Dogs baseball stadium for a game. »

« Sue and Barry were excellent hosts who own and manage a very comfortable and fully supplied vacation rental (they thought of everything) within walking distance to just about anywhere in the greater Portland area. Their restaurant and attraction recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed them all. »

« I stayed here as it is a close drive to Old Orchard Beach as well as many other attractions like the water park, amusement park, and carnival. Lorenzzo is an amazing host with great communication. During my stay, I felt like I was in amazing hands as Lorenzzo made sure to always check to see if we needed any help. The high tech house was also so cool, and Lorenzzo was there to help us learn to use all of it! Overall 11/10, and I look forward to staying in Lorenzzo’s apartments again in the...

« Great place to relax and watch the seagulls and heron. Quiet even though there is a building in back of the boathouse that is a rental. General store and small restaurant just down the road. The king size bed was very comfortable. The boathouse has everything you need. »
