'Personnel très gentil, nous avons reçu la chambre à l’avance mais malheureusement aucun intérêt car impossible de rester dans la chambre tellement il faisait une chaleur insupportable. 'I must have not read the description properly or some facts were omitted! My room was on a rickety third floor - no elevator and had to drag my luggage 3 flights of stairs! My bathroom was not en-suite - which meant I was given keys to a separate toilet and shower down the rickety corridor!
