'Het was mijn eerste keer naar het VK. De kamer was zoals verwacht voor de prijs. Bed was redelijk comfortabel, al heb ik wel het matras moeten omdraaien. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk. De douche was minder comfortabel en is aan vervanging toe. Daarnaast was er veel geluid van vliegtuigen, maar dat kun je verwachten als je zo dicht bij het vliegveld slaapt.'

'The houseboat is located in a marina which looks a bit rundown, a car is absolutely necessary to go to Rochester or any other nearby village. The owners have been renovating the property for the past few years and indeed our room was nicely decorated and clean. 'It took 2 hours to find the property as it not mark up and no outside signs... Keyless entry did not work and this took another hour to sort out over the phone, over all the property is in poor condition outside and in. The room was very small and in poor repair. The room was missing cups, coffee and and had 2 tea bags bags and one sugar stick Ther wee no towels in the room and in the cubards there was some rubbish and a dirty towel Over all it's not a good Property or value for many .....

'Booked it last minute, credit card charged, never recieved a email with how to enter, proper address. We took a uber to the complex, still no email. After 3 hours of talking to Expedia they finaly texted and said was no longer available, to contact Expedia to get money. Disgusting how they treated us'
