'Dawn, the host of property went above to make sure we had everything we needed for a successful family New Year's vacation! The chalet was very clean upon arrival & tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil needed to cook a meal. 10 OUT OF 10!'

'The cabin and stay was about what we expected. The cabin was clean and well stocked with usable items. We rented a smaller studio cabin and it was just right for my wife and I. We enjoyed a quiet 3 nights and liked the area with the lakes and natural surroundings. The owners were always available to be of assistance if needed.'

'Room was very nice and comfortable. We were disappointed in limited supplies. We had to ask for hand soap and were told they were nearly out. Same in breakfast room. Limited choices each day because they were apparently waiting for deliveries. Not a big problem but seemed like they weren’t prepared.'

'Like: Management was friendly, responsive,helpful. Property was clean. Location was prime for shopping, dining. Cabinets were stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, silverware. Dislike: The inside lighting was too dim. Maybe because of my advanced years. No bathroom exhaust fan. Would not hesitate to stay here in the future.'

'Great budget hotel stay! Got a standard room with 2 queens. Super clean compact room. There is a microwave and a mini fridge with a small freezer in each room. The window opened to a screen, which, for me, is a plus; I like fresh air. I will upgrade to a suite next time because I had to sit in the dark till the kids fell asleep. Lol. The laundry room has the ice machine. The machines were super affordable and quick. They cleaned mud out of my kids' clothes without a problem. They have a pool....

'I stayed in this hotel a year ago and had an excellent experience. Another in our group did not and went to another hotel. I came back this year and my experience went from excellent to average. My knocks on this trip are, when we got to our room there was a half drank bottle of ice tea (I’m assuming it was from house keeping) sitting in the middle of our room, no Kleenex in the holder in the bathroom, there was an empty pizza box left in the hallway that sat in the hallway for two days and...
