The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and the lodge includes modern amenities such as a 75" HDTV, high-speed WiFi, in-floor radiant heat and laundry facilities. The main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs, the master suite features an en-suite bathroom and a cozy loft living space that overlooks the main level.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - Zero tolerance policy for parties. $1,000 fee if the police visit our home due to a neighborhood complaint.

MINIMUM AGE - Every adult within the rental party must meet a minimum age requirement of 28 years, except when the guest(s) under the age of 28 are the offspring (son, daughter), nephew, niece, or are directly related by blood to one of the other adult members in the group. If your group includes any adults below the age of 28, please reach out to us for potential approval before booking.

NO SMOKING - Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any substance in the property, or within 10 feet of a doorway. If smoke is detected or signs of smoking, there will be a $500 FINE. No exceptions. If you smoke outside, please extinguish cigarette thoroughly and place the butt in a can or bottle. Do not flick onto the property (wildfires are a serious problem here).

FIRE PLACE - The fireplace is unavailable for guest use.

NO PETS - No Emotional Support Animals are allowed, whether inside the home or on the premises. Please note that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), emotional support animals do not qualify as Service Animals. If you possess a legitimate service animal, please inform us about your service animal as soon as your booking is confirmed so that we can make reasonable accommodations. Per Vrbo policy, your service animal is not allowed to be left alone at the home without prior approval.

OCCUPANCY - Please do not attempt to bring more guests into the home than are reserved. Grand County has strict STR regulations. These regulations restrict the number of persons allowed in a short-term rental based on parking, square footage of the home, and sewer/septic size. Bringing additional non-booked guests into the home could result in a cancellation of your booking without refund.

NOISE - We respectfully ask that you respect quiet hours for the home.

LATE CHECKOUT - Checkout is 10am. If housekeeping arrives after checkout and the guest has not vacated the home, the guest will be charged for housekeeping’s time until they have vacated the home. This fee does not award the guest possession of the home after checkout.

RESPECT OUR HOME - No shoes inside the house. This is our home, not a hotel, please be respectful of our property & our things. Excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee for the guest.

PARKING - There is ample parking for cars. The garage is unavailable for guest use.

DAMAGE - Report any breakages or damage when they occur. The sooner we know the quicker we can fix it.
