Unkept

We reserved the condo on 11/20 and communicated with the "host" as recently a week before our stay. Mind you the reservation was for 12/22 through 12/25, and we had special food for a Christmas celebration. We arrived to an unmade bed, dirty bathroom, cloths in the washer and dishes in the dishwasher. I immediately called Jonathan and told him we were leavingmessaged Jonathan, and his response was "hmm", "I can have them come in the morning" and "It should have been cleaned." Really? I told Jonathan we were leaving and I expected the full refund we agreed to on the phone.We had to scrmable to find a hotel that would allow dogs (Jonathan had aggreed to the dog for an extra 150). The hotel minifridge could not accommodate most of our food

Wonderful Place to

Clean and in a great location for an extended stay in Grand Haven. Easy walk to downtown, the Farmers Market and close amenities. Not close to the beach but it was a 5 min drive.

Great condo!

We stayed for a quick weekend while visiting family in the area. This condo was super clean and comfortable, with lots of room. Kitchen was nice, we didn’t cook there but it looks to have everything you need. It was really helpful to have two full bathrooms. This is in a great location close to activities in the area, and no problems finding parking. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Great place

We spent 4 nights over coast guard festival. Walking distance 20 minutes to the musical fountain. Quick drive to the beach. The Condo was a great home base for us.

Great place and great location

For me this is the place to stay in Grand Haven. Place is very clean and nice building. Clean and safe. Close to downtown and everywhere else. This was the second time we stay at this apartment and we will be back.

The condo is about 15 walk into town for shopping and museums. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed - pots, pans, spatula etc.. There’s a coffee place Bigby’s, and a donut shop directly next to the condo which was great in the morning. The beach is a drive but we walked to see the 10pm light show and music.

Great potential but missed the mark a bit

Nice location, nice property, but lacked the extras that sets apart great place from just blah. This place was just blah. Half of the electrical outlets don't work, which is weird, because when I say half, I mean like the top plug of the same outlet dosen't work while the bottom does work. Fridge water line is not hooked up so no water from fridge nor ice. Dishwasher was not working so had to message owner on day of check in to let him know since it was a to-do before check out, since there wasn't even dishsoap for us to use. Thank goodness we only stayed 2 nights so had minimal dishes and owner just told us to not worry about cleaning them. One of the bathrooms didn't have any hand soap. The presence of a Keurig is standard nowadays and so is some complimentary k-cups but no sugar or powdered creamer is a disappointment. There were plenty of extra pillows but not extra pillowcases. There were a total maybe of 4 bath towels and 3 washcloths, hardly enough for a family unless one is to literally run a load of wash daily. Also, no beach towels is disappointing considering Grand Haven is a beachtown. We stayed in a rental in South Haven last year and they had a linen closet full of towels, for bath and beach. Lastly, the checkin experience to start off the trip was a fiasco. The building entrance had a keypad and a code was provided as part of the instructions. However, it doesn't use that keypad anymore and a link is used to go to a site with a remote unlock type of link.

Nice condo

We liked the location of the condo. It is close to the downtown area. It is nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night. When we arrived, there was some plaster that had been roughly patched by the door that was not painted. The cable TV was not working during our stay, and one of the chairs on the deck had a broken arm. We contacted the owner about the cable TV problem, but he was not to resolve the issue for us. There were bath towels, but no washcloths provided. We would stay there again if we were going to Grand Haven for a visit .

Parent getaway

This condo was nice for a few days away. It was close to downtown which was great. The only thing that was little frustrating was the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and then reconnecting so my husband had to keep reopening things for work on his iPad. There was a very large spider web up in the right hand corner of the slider doorway in living room that we ended up walking through when we went out to see patio area. Overall it was a nice little spot for us to relax for couple days.

Great place for a getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo while on our honeymoon! We weren't right on the beach, but the main road out to the beach is very close and made it easy to access the downtown area and beach. We loved being so close to restaurants and a coffee shop! Would definitely recommend this condo to others looking for a nice place to stay during a visit to Grand Haven. It was plenty of room for the two of us, and we would gladly stay there again!
