Vind je ideale hotel in Grand Canyon Track

'Room was not cleaned, there was spider cobwebs under TV unit, bathroom. Floor was dirty with dirt and gum was stuck on the floor under the bed. Lizard was there in the bathroom. Other than that there was no issue. '

'Prima verblijf in een net motel. Wel aan renovatie toe, er bladderde wat verf van het plafond en de vloerbedekking was op plekken gerafeld. Wel prima bedden en een ontzettend vriendelijke manager. '

'Het motel is standaard maar op 10 minuten loopafstand van de lookout van The Three Sisters en dus erg aantrekkelijk gelegen. Wij boekten voor 3 nachten om alle highlights goed te kunnen bekijken en bezoeken. De eigenaar is een ander verhaal. Bij aankomst ratelt hij op een sumiere kaart in 3 minuten alle winkels, restaurants en lookouts af en krijg je je kamersleutel. Als je later toch nog iets wilt vragen reageert hij boos en zegt dat hij je het al heeft uitgelegd dus helaas, ga maar naar de...

'Beautiful hotel'

'We kregen een upgrade naar La Maison Boutique Hotel omdat Belgravia Mountain Guest House geschilderd werd. De nieuwe kamer was goed, alleen de ramen zaten vol met spinnenweb en waren erg vies. Het hotel ligt op een paar minuten afstand van de three sisters en 15min lopen vanuit het dorpje Katoomba.'

'The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was big but really outdated. Although the shower was really nice, with lots of warm water. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The location nearby the Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park is fantastic. To the centre of town takes a little longer. Overall it could do with a make-over at the inside.'

'Everything worn and dirty. In retrospect I don’t think I would stay there at half the price, nor maybe even if it was free. Only upside was that receptionist was pleasant and helpful, but that’s little consolation.'

'Het huis wordt sinds 1906 als gasthuis gebruikt, leuk en gezellig voor de nacht die we er doorgebracht hebben. Aardige eigenaar, die behulpzaam was. Goede locatie om de Blue Mountains te bezoeken. '

'Leuk hostel midden in het centrum. Aardig personeel leggen graag uit wat je kan doen. En helpen je waar nodig. Alles is op loop afstand ook echo point en the three sisters. Je moet zeker dit hostel bezoeken en je moet zorgen dat je minimaal 2 volle dagen kunt besteden aan hiken. Zo jammer dat ik maar 1 dag en alleen de nacht er kon zijn. '

'The property location is good with shops nearby. But the property condition was very poor with leakage in the bathroom, bed rugged with a sagging mattress so much so that my daughter now has a sore back due to sleeping in that. The property did not have a drinking water fountain anywhere and the only option was to fill water from the bathroom. The staff were however very warm and were doing their best to help. '

'Prima voor 1 nacht, voor het bezoeken van de Blue mountains. Goedkoop motel, je krijgt wat je betaald. Wij hadden op onze kamer (25) geen internet.'

'It is cheap so we didn't expect much. But it was oke and had everything we needed. They pretend that breakfast is free, but afterwards they charge you 10 dollars PP for it in a not so friendly way and it is not worth the 10 dollars at al. '

'I just loved my short stay at EVE, the view was amazing though the weather was not the best it was wonderful just sitting watching the storm roll in, nice and warm in the comfort of my lovely room with the fire on. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Loved the DVD library and the Alpacas, this is a very special place to unwind and relax i will definitely be back.'
