'Beautiful house in the most amazing location! The first two days I was blown away by the miles of perfect beaches to myself, and i am from sarasota! What I left with was the sadness of leaving home. Everyone in pelican point made me instantly a member of the family! This was the most beautiful and heart warming vacation I have ever had. I miss everything already as I sit and right this on the beach in anna maria island 8 hours after leaving!'

'The property has an amazing view. We had 11 in our group and had plenty of room never felt crowded. The area is very quiet and private. We were able to do snorkeling in the canal and kayak as well. If your coming by boat this location has plenty of space for boats. I would recommend to bring sturdy ropes and big bumpers to tie the boat along the dock. 'Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. Freshwater picket right out front to wash the sand...
