'The owner did not prepare the house for our stay, the heat was not turned on and is not a sufficient unit or set-up for the square footage or CO weather. The communication with me was o.k. but the communication with my adult daughter was short, rude and as if she was bothering her. A whole day of adventures was lost while waiting for another unit to be cleaned and was not ready after 4:30pm. I had also asked about adding a night, due to the move to the 2nd unit, and was willing to pay full price...
