'We enjoyed our stay in this private mountain home with our family. It was great having a large driveway and space to park our trailer with UTVs. The riding trails were close by along with fun activities and restaurants in the town of Grand Lake. The home is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the large deck to enjoy the cool mountain breezes. We hope to be back in the winter. Thank you for sharing your home with us.'

'This was by far the most beautiful home away from home. With a history of the house and property similar to my own farm it was perfect beyond expectations. The warmth you feel when you are in the house with the fire on and having the moon shower its light over the valley, it takes your breath away. Overall, it was the best stay me and my husband ever.'

'The lidging was exactly as puctuured with lovely views of water out the front and back. Well stocked kitchen, laundry, fire pit, pool, hot tub, fans. Everything we needed. It was perfect for our group of 2 couples!'

'Our party of 8 fit comfortably, including kids and grandparents. We enjoyed the kitchen, dining, living spaces, and had a very pleasant stay. Challenges include parking, we only had two vehicles and it was tight. Attention to detail in cleanliness, a duvet cover was covered in dog hair and hadn’t been washed.'

'The location, backing up to the river is beautiful and peaceful. We were there in the winter so didn't enjoy the immediate outdoor area this time but can see how great it'll be when the weather is nice for fishing. The house was nice, clean and as expected. A little cold upstairs as the heat doesn't seem to flow up there. The fireplace downstairs helps. Overall, very nice place and location.'

'This was the perfect spot for our ski trip. It was close to the Granby ski resort as well as downtown Granby. The house was clean and Bob was such a great host who made sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again.'

'Our family of 6 came to Granby to go skiing. The cabin was so comfortable and fully stocked with all the supplies needed. We use the fully stock kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner our entire stay. We loved the closeness to the grocery store and to Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Owners were wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend.'

'Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and kitchen was spacious and stocked with plenty of dishes which I loved bc we always cook when vacationing. I could hear the sounds of the river from my room which was better than ambient noises and it was a very nice view from the balcony and patio. If I ever find my way back to Granby this is going to be my first choice for lodging!'

'Close to Rocky Mountain national park . Nice community , paddle boat was broken while we were there, but the home was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed.'

'We stayed here with 3 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler. Plenty of toys and kid-friendly chairs, tableware, etc. House was very clean and well-maintained. Good communication from management company. The backyard wasn’t maintained as well as it could have been - grass was very tall and the mosquitoes are bad, so make sure to bring bug spray. We loved having a grill and fire pit - the kids had a blast fly fishing on property. Would definitely stay there again!'

'The Bear Lane Cabin is a relaxing place, amazing views and great place to be with family or friends. Granby and Winter park are nearby to explorer and for food.'
