Come and stay on lake time! Only 5 minutes from downtown! This beautiful updated lakefront property sits on a lot and half and includes a private SWIMMING POOL, Deck and HOT TUB!! The original open concept home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The huge master boasts a king bed and personal bathroom with shower. The second bedroom includes an electric adjustable queen bed with a second bathroom just off the entry. The attached sunroom has been converted in to a bedroom with a queen and full bed as well as 3 HUGE windows overlooking the pool and lake. It includes a small desk for business and a small bar top for relaxing. It is truly the coolest room on the property. A close second place however is the completely remodeled detached bunkhouse perfect for the kids (or in-laws). It includes a queen as well as twin over full bunk. There is a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and sitting area as well. The outside of the property is where most time in the spring, summer, and fall will be spent and it is magnificent. The patio includes a table and chair set or a bar and stools if you prefer. There is a large bbq grill available for grilling and a traditional smoker for the pitmaster of the group. The large pool includes a wall to sit on, a couple of small waterfall features and a great place to lounge and catch some sun. The hot tub overlooks the lake and pool and entire back of the property. If you prefer closer to the water, the dock over the boat lift includes an outdoor table and chairs and is truly the best view down the lake canal on the entire property. Also included near the water are a couple of Wilderness System kayaks (one single and one double) and a couple of stand up paddle boards. Bring your own and create your paddling party on the lake. Guests are welcome to bring their boat as well and tie up to the seawall of the property. Pets are welcome for a small fee.
