The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable. Next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats 4 guests. This space is very bright, thanks to the 3 balconies offering views of Calle Mesones and Placeta de Santo Cristo.
The bedroom, located next to the living room, is spacious and bright, with two balconies that overlook Calle Mesones and Caldereros. It features a 1.60 x 2 m double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.
The bathroom, located next to the bedroom and accessible from the living room, is spacious and features a shower tray. It also benefits from natural light through a balcony overlooking Calle Caldereros.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. Despite being fully exterior, the double-glazed windows ensure a high level of comfort and peace.
As it is a historic building, there is no elevator.
