Penthouse apartment with private terrace, one bedroom, air conditioning hot / cold throughout the apartment, wifi. Located in the picturesque Albayzin neighborhood, just 450 meters from the Mirador de San Nicolas, Granada Cathedral is about 10 minutes away. The accommodation is 2 km from the Alhambra and the Generalife. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There is a flat-screen TV.
We have a large parking space for your car in a secured parking 6 minutes walk from the house.
The Sacromonte is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport is 16 km away.

Great location at a great price...

We had the misfortune of traveling from Sevilla to Granada during a country-wide blackout, so that made finding the apartment a bit challenging. Aside from that hiccup, it was easy to get into the apartment, and it was in a great location. Not too crowded, but within easy walking distance of almost anything. There is a fantastic view of the Alhambra (mirador de San Nicolas) about 5-10 minutes from the apartment.

Charmerende beliggenhed og komfortabel lejlighed

Man skal ikke være dårligt gående, hvis man vælger at bo i Albaycin. Til gengæld er det et charmerende område, og ved hjælp af google Maps kan man nemt finde ud af at bruge den billige offentlige transport. Vi havde lejet bil to dage, og her var det rart, at der var p -plads i nærheden. Behagelige senge og dejlig terrasse. Der manglede lys i køkkenet. Kan absolut anbefale lejligheden.

Bel Albaycin !

Un hébergement très bien placé, très bien décrit sur la fiche de présentation. Un accès facile en voiture jusqu'au parking gratuit. Un dédale de petites rues typiques donnent accès en quelques minutes à l'appartement. Boutiques et restaurants alentour à 100m de l'appartement. Un conseil : avoir de bonnes chaussures pour descendre et monter depuis le centre de Grenade (30 à 45 mn) ou prendre le petit bus C32 qui monte à l'Albaycin.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons apprécié ce logement, confortable, hyper propre, avec sa super terrasse, très bien placé dans le haut de l'Albaicin. Prévoir de bonnes baskets pour monter et descendre dans ce quartier. Cela ne nous a pas gêné du tout, bien au contraire, un peu d'exercices fait du bien avec les bons restaurants qu'on a testé. Samar a été très aidante pour arriver au logement. Nous avons loué une voiture pour la fin de notre séjour pour visiter la région et l'accès au parking à 5 minutes de marche est top. On recommande sans faute ce logement

Schöne Lage am Rande von Albaicin

Schöne Lage, sehr ruhig, beheizbar mit Klimaanlage, geht sehr gut. Es wurde eine falsche Beschreibung zum nicht mehr benutzten elektronischen Schloss geschickt. Aber die Agentur war sehr gut erreichbar und der Schlüssel in 10 Minuten da.

Stunning Albaicin Accommodation

Great location in the Albaicin district. Apartment is spacious with all amenities. The balcony allows a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and great viewing of the Alhambra.

Excellent apartment with amazing views

This compact apartment is located in the Albayzín neighborhood, very close to a busy plaza with lots of local culture. That said, the apartment is extremely quiet, very well outfitted and perfect for the two of us. Given the neighborhood, you need to be physically able to manage your bags for the 10 minute walk (includes inclines). Once we accomplished this, the pedestrian environment added to the charm of the neighborhood.

A lovely apartment in the Albayzin

This apartment is great! Better than the listing pictures! Communications with the management were easy and efficient. It is high up in the Albayzin, near Plaza Larga and the Mirador San Nicolas. We got a great feel for the neighborhood. The walk to all other major sites is downhill. It is a bit tiring coming up, so do be prepared. We would rent again in a heartbeat!

Lovely Property

The first thing you notice about the property when you walk in is how clean it smells! And it does not only smell clean, it is spotless! It is well located even if it took us a while to get our bearings. We would recommend doing the little touristic sightseeing train as it really gives you an idea of all the things to do around Granada and the flat itself. The accommodation is very comfortable and well appointed, with a lovely terrace. We took quite a few meals there and found everything we needed to cook. Very good communication with owners and the parking space is very convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay, highly recommended!

The apartment was nice and check in simple. However the very steep road that leads up to the location was being torn up and the stairs leading up to the entrance had been removed. This made it very difficult to access with luggage. The host had to know and failed to share this info.

Bon séjour global mais manque d’informations concernant l’annonce: Préciser que l’appartement est situé face à des murailles qui ne sont pas celles de L’Alhambra ! Les photos prêtent à confusion. Pas prévenus que la rue était en travaux donc bruyante dès le matin…ce qui n’est pas normal car ces travaux étaient planifiés. Dommage de ne pas être accueillis par le propriétaire ! Couchage: un grand lit dans la chambre et un canapé lit dans la pièce à vivre. Appartement bien situé cependant pour rayonner dans Grenade.

Loved our time in Granada! Apartment was as expected. It was perfect for two people but would be tight with more. The deck area was amazing and we spent a lot of time there. Only downside that is maybe a consideration is that the shower is tiny. We are both very average size humans and it was hard to even turn around. Overall, great stay!
