'We paid parking fee in advance, but couldn’t reach the parking spot by following the instructions as there are police officers stopping you to drive towards the parking spot on a street only authorized bus/taxi can be allowed, I showed our reservation and the email/instruction to the officer but it didn’t work. We have to park a 40 minutes walk away and it took us 3 hours to finally check in after we arrived the town as you can’t communicate with the host if you don’t speak Spanish. Please...

'Prachtige lokatie midden in Granada. Rollo bar beneden waar perfect ontbijt is. Super kamers. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Volgende trip Granada gaat zeker weer hierheen.'

'It was a bit challenging checking in because we arrived early. The office is several blocks away and doesn’t open until 10. We were able to drop our bags at the office and wonder the city until checking in. The room was awesome, very clean and modern, quiet and secure. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Great central location. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Amenities listed weren't accurate. No laundry, no Continental, we didn't even have water the last day. Like no running water at all. Ridiculous. Check in email stated we had to check in before 2pm or after 5pm so we changed our train time to get there and when we called to get inside we were rudely told Check-in wasn't until 3pm... they let us in half hr early eventually but this is a disorganized hotel. Shame too, the penthouse was cute. But having water is a basic necessity that was not...

'Die Anlage ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das schlimmste ist die Lage hoch auf einem Berg, weit weg von 2 möglichen Stränden (grobe Kieselstrände). Es soll ein Bus-Shuttle alle 20 min. fahren. In Wirklichkeit nur 1 x pro Stunde. Es passen aber nur 34 Personen in den Bus, so dass man auch mal noch eine Stunde auf den nächsten Bus warten kann. Wenn man Pech hat (wir hatten 2 mal hintereinander Pech) kommt der letzte Bus nicht und man kann eine halbe Stunde in der prallen Sonne eine halbe Stunde...
