'What an Amazing Place!!! We stayed in the "Treehouse Cottage" it was such a cool spot up in the pine trees! We felt like we were out in the woods all by ourselves yet only a 2 minute walk to the river/beach. The fire pit and grill are located perfectly so you can grill while have a nice fire going. The cottage was very bright peaceful, I really loved the knotty Pine. We also had great views of the Franklin dam from the balcony. Cant wait to come back again, relax enjoy nature and hopefully catch...

'The room was exactly as described and a very peaceful 5 days of r&r. The host was very prompt with answering any questions and was at the site when I arrived to let me in. This was an overall great getaway & even though the weather was cool & somewhat of rainy and I wasn't able to swim, I can still say it that it was perfect stay for me! Denise was great! TY! '

'Beautiful lakefront cabin on a quiet backroad. 10 minutes in either direction puts you in small New England towns with shopping, dining, and tons of things to do and see. Our morning entertainment was a bald eagle fishing for breakfast outside our window.This home was a perfect spot for a fall getaway for all of us. 'The property was well maintained. Everything you could need except for bedding (states bedding is needed in the listing) The interior of the cottage is absolutely adorable. Easy for my mom the get around without her can or walker. She loved the porch, said it was very relaxing. My only complaint was there is no outdoor lights. There was a light on the outside of the porch and right next to the door. They never came on with a switch or without. Other than that perfect for what I needed '

'Overall great place, host couple were fantastic. No view of the lake, it does lack curtains. Very clean modern up to date, short walk to the beach. If you're looking for privacy this is not the place for you.'
