'Nice rustic experience with all the modern conveniences. The village and everyone in it were super pleasant and welcomed us in with open arms. The house (old olive mill) was very impressive and has many balconies and decks to sit and relax. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Heraklion sind fußläufig zu erreichen und selbst Knossos ist nur etwa 8-10 km entfernt. Weiter Ziele z. B. im Süden, Westen, Südwesten sind nur mit Mietwagen zu erreichen bzw. man holt vorher Erkundigungen ein zum ausgebauten Bus-Linienverkehr. 'Een geweldig verblijf, rustig gelegen in de heuvels met in de omgeving veel interessante plekken te bezoeken. Verblijf was echt 5 sterren waard, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, maar ook lunch of avondeten prima verzorgd. Super vriendelijk personeel en veel te doen op complex zoals midgetgolf, tennis etc. Ook een massage is mogelijk. Een aanrader! Huurauto is gezien de locatie handig. We komen hier zeker terug!'
