'This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. Sadly, though, the fan operated on a two hour timer, so I was up every two hours or so turning it back on. Not conducive to a good night's sleep.
