Rooms were well appointed, great bathroom facilities (including a 3rd toilet downstairs) and plenty of space for us all. We enjoyed walking to various locations (Lake Weeroona, Rosalind Park, Golden Dragon Museum, Bendigo Woollen Mills) each day. « Just returned from a perfect 2-night getaway at this lovely retreat. The wood fire was absolutely divine and created such a cozy atmosphere. The spaces throughout the property were beautifully designed and perfectly suited our needs.We were so comfortable with our sewcation (yes we spend the entire weekend inside sewing) that we didn't even venture out to explore - the property was self catering so we had everything we wanted for a stress free sewing weekend away.Would definitely book again and...

« Lovely house, well appointed with lots of kitchen equipment, toiletries, washer and dryer. Very nice walk in shower with large showerhead. Split system in each bedroom was great. Nice bedding and blankets. Just a few doors down from the lake which gave us a beautiful walk with our dog. Secure garden and ample street parking right outside the property. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« I loved the warmth and character of this beautifully renovated home. As someone who values sustainable living, the features such as double-glazing, solar panels, timber floors, and dozens of indoor plants all made for a wonderful holiday experience for me and my teen kids, despite it being a very cold and rather drizzly week.
