« Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. »

« Everything was great! Clean, nice rooms. Loved the convenience of having 3 beds, for larger families. Loved that the pool/hot tub is open 24/7, so if your coming in late and like to soak after a long day, your not on a time crunch to be out by 10:00, like every other hotel. « The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. « nice room with comfortable bed...has a fridge but no microwave....they need to put a mircowave in the rooms...nice hot shower and the room was very clean.....nice hot breakfast and super friendly staff...Sue called me herself to make sure all was ok....my phone in the room was dead and I told the front desk...it never got fixed so I guess they were busy....I didn't really need it so it didn't matter to me...didn't have a clock in the room...I think they should put an alarm clock in the rooms for...

« Great location, within minutes of fast food if you get in late from SDC. The apartment is a decent size, rooms were big, and fit our party of 9 perfectly. Stacia was communicative and answered my questions swiftly prior to checkin. »
