'We had one issue. The adres wasn’t on Google maps. And Apple Maps give me a wrong adres. But lucky we had some direction from the owner. So we can locate the adres. But after we found the house it was very comfortable and was a great stay. The shower wasn’t capable of standing on his own. But personally not a issue. 'This is a lovely cottage in a quiet neighborhood and tiny village. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the house. The kitchen is well appointed, although we only used it for light breakfasts. We had fabulous weather, so we were able to enjoy the outside deck and sea air. There isn’t much to do in the village (but do visit the cute wool boutique with nice items a short walk from the house!). There’s a highly rated restaurant in the village, but we didn’t try it. 'Dit huis was voor vijfpersonen zeer ruin bemeten, echter de vijfde slaapplaats bleek de tv bank te zijn, overigens opgesteld in een aparte ruimte dus niet in de woon/eetkamer. Keuken en badkamer waren ook ruim en compleet. De kers op de taart was wel de aanwezige outdoor hottub die wij dan ook elke avond gebruikt hebben weer of geen weer.'

'This was our first trip to Iceland. This house was the perfect place to stay, as we had a rental car (all cars are stick shift btw so be prepared!) . There was plenty of space, wonderful appliances to use if we needed them, pleasant geothermal heating and heated water, a lovely deck and a hot tub, and walking trails nearby. The property manager gave us some very helpful tips, especially about finding local swimming/hot pot/sauna options. Very comfortable. Highly recommended!'

'An adorable quiet and private cabin with everything needed to live and cook comfortably. Ideally a washer/dryer on site would be preferred (although washing in the sink and drying on the radiator works fine). It’s ideally located for day trips around the golden circle including 2 different thermal soaking pools within 30 minute drives. You can even see the geyser erupt from the deck. The door lock sticks but we eventually figured it out.'
