Our house has three bedrooms, multiple living areas, and a private outlook to the golf course, this is the perfect blend of style and serenity on the Gold Coast.

Living & Dining

The ground floor feels light and relaxed — a space to sink into the sofa after a day out, share dinner around the table, or let the morning drift by with coffee in hand. Open the sliding doors and the fairway becomes part of your living room, with trees and green lawns setting a calm backdrop for your stay.

Bedrooms

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs.

Master Bedroom: A private retreat with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and peaceful views across the gold course.

Bedroom 2: Bright and comfortable, with a queen bed and built-in storage.

Bedroom 3: Perfect for children or friends, fitted with a queen bed and natural light.

• Ensuite: Modern, attached to the master suite.
• Main Bathroom: Spacious, with bathtub and shower.
• Powder Room: Extra toilet on the ground floor for convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, generous bench space, and everything you’ll need for cooking at home – from coffee to casual dinners.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. Additional cleaning fees will apply if smoke is detected.
