The family-friendly holiday home has a total of 3 bedrooms (with HD TVs), 2 luxury bathrooms, 1 sauna, partly covered large south-facing terrace and private garden incl. Outdoor hot tub.   All floors in the house are equipped with high quality stoneware (tiles) & underfloor heating, which is adjustable per room. The triple glazed windows (incl. Insect protection (from spring 2018 / except Velux) provide light-flooded living areas. High-quality room doors (on the ground floor 1 m wide = suitable for wheelchairs) close the individual rooms.   From the entrance area you pass through a hallway with cloakroom & reach the spacious living and dining area with open design kitchen. From here you enter from the living and dining area the south-facing terrace. The partially covered south-facing terrace with adjoining private garden (fully fenced / for sole use!) conveys a special holiday feeling through an unobstructed dream view.
