Taxis are readily available, and the docks area has plenty of dining options within walking distance after a long day on site.

For your security and ours, we may ask to see ID before sending your check-in details. This helps us ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable during their stay.
No Smoking Policy
Our properties are completely smoke-free to keep them fresh and comfortable for all guests. If there's any evidence of smoking inside, we'll need to charge a £50 cleaning fee to restore the space for the next guests.
Key Safety
Please keep your keys safe during your stay! If keys go missing, there's a £50 replacement charge, and we may need to change the locks for security - so do pop them somewhere safe when you're out and about.
Keeping Things Peaceful
We're in a city centre location, so we ask that you keep noise levels considerate of neighbours. Large gatherings or parties aren't suitable for this space. If we receive noise complaints, we may need to end your stay early to be fair to other residents nearby.
