'Definitely don't get there late because it will be a hassle. Front desk needs more training, asked for a receipt of my stay but it seemed very hard for them to get to me and to explain my charges. They were nice though.'

'slightly noisy near the highway but overall good place to stay, I would recommend this hotel, thanks .'

'Everything about this hotel is GREAT!'

'What I did like about the property was well kept, clean, walking into the lobby and outside. What I didn’t like is that the person at the front desk, she was kind of like rude, so to speak, when checking in and then also she gave me the wrong room number and I was in a room where they had bugs in it, so I went back to the front desk to ask them to change my room and come to find out I was in the wrong room from the start, so she put me in a new room and then I could not get onto the Wi-Fi for...

'The hotel was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful.'

'I really liked the ambience of the lobby area, outside patio w/fire pit; bar, restaurant areas. Staff remarkably pleasant especially Nicole at front desk.'

'The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay'

'The outside appearance and parking was less to be desired, but the room was clean and comfortable. The reason for a non excellent rating was the heatpump growled and burped all night long. Good place, easy check-in and no hassels for a quick overnight stop.'

'Room was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly.'

'Looks nothing like the pictures. Non smoking rooms smell smokey, rooms half cleaned, no toiletries, ice machine looked like a bacteria breeding ground. Get reading to check in with an agent on a kiosk and have they few people there not even acknowledge you.'
