'David was very responsive. We had a situation that came up with the house and when I called he immediately handled the issue. The house is very cute and cozy. It was my mom and I which we were there to visit the Ark and museum. Everything was great. I would recommend bringing food as there are not many options for eating.'

The grass needed to be mowed and there were some electrical issues, a lamp in the bedroom had a short in it, the wall outlets did not all work, outside lights in back by fire pit didn’t work. 'The property was very clean and well maintained. The thing I didn't like were the window blinds were terrible. The sun was beaming in through the window blinds making the living and kitchen area hot and stuffy. The style of blinds worked well with the decor but the blinds were not functional'

'We did not spend a large amount of time in the cabin, as we were there for a men's conference at the Ark Encounter. Jonathan, the host was very friendly. The cabin was well kept and clean. I plan to rent the cabin again next year. I do want to confirm that the ceiling in the loft is only about 3 to 3-1/2 ft high. My son and I slept there, and we are both over 6 ft tall. 'Wonderful cabin! We had everything we needed! Very clean and well maintained. It had snowed recently and host was worried about the drive and took the time to shovel it and made sure we could arrive safely. Host was super concerned for our safety and very responsive! '
