'From the loading bay in front of the property, it’s a step over the pavement to the bar, where there was a welcome and an efficient introduction to the building. Access is easy with a key fob. The room was cosy and clean. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked clean too. The location is right in the town and there’s a big car park (pay and display) behind it, with very handy EV charging. Being a busy bar, it gets noisy at night. There are good places to eat nearby in the town, and the parkrun...

'The hotel, bar, restaurant and breakfast were all excellent. The only negative experience we had was that we had a room (102) close to the reception and bar. After midnight we heard a lot of people talking very loud (I guess after the bar closed). Sadly the staff did not tell them to keep their voices down. It continued for at least half an hour and kept us awake. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect. '

'We stayed with our lovely hosts Jo and Jim at their beautiful B&B. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Lovely Jo showed us to our room and it really did exceed expectations. Breakfast was delicious with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and fresh coffee etc. Jo and Jim went over and beyond to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back. 'Le pod en lui-même était très cosy et confortable, bien qu'il ne dispose pas d'armoire ni de penderie pour ranger les vêtements. Les espaces communs (toilettes, douches et kitchenette) étaient très propres et pratiques. La zone de stationnement pourrait être mieux signalée.'

'Cathy was a lovely attentive host. The bed was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. Our breakfast was superb Cathy asked us what we wanted and made exactly that and she is a fabulous cook. Would recommend this lovely B&B!'
