'Very friendly check in staff'

'We waren in dit hotel met kerstmis 2014. De foto (op basis waarvan we o.a. dit hotel kozen) komt helemaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De foto toont het drank depot (winkel) het hotel is een modern flatgebouw. GEEN van de restaurants was open. Er was GEEN huishoudelijke dienst, dus geen nieuwe handdoeken, zeep, toiletpapier en dergelijke. Vooraf een melding voor deze ongemakken zou prettig geweest zijn. Een zware tegenvaller voor zo'n dure overnachting'

'Sorry the Motel was below standard, The family room was like a car garage with three beds no TV , no window , the beds was very ordinary , The price for garage was highly priced , will never stay there or recommend to friends. Only positive comment was that the property was close to the hockey fields. Also property very noisy during the night .'
