'We stayed in one of 3 cottages on a very large block. The cottages are all of an older vintage but thoughtfully provided all that is required. Our cottage was warm and clean.Our dog as well as us was made very welcome and she enjoyed the run of a secure large yard.It is a short drive or long walk to the village. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating.'

'Na een lange rit kwamen wij aan en het voelde gelijk als een rustpunt. Kleinschalig maar alles wat een mens nodig heeft is aanwezig. Het enige wat niet correct vermeld was, was de aanwezigheid van WiFi. Dat is er wel maar werkt alleen buiten. Ook 3G signaal is wat beperkt. Dat WiFi niet overal werkte werd ook keurig gelijk vermeld, Over de accomodatie en de vriendelijkheid waarmee we ontvangen werden niets dan lof. Het huisje is schoon, de bedden zijn goed en de douche is perfect.'

'Every comfort is thought of and provided for. Beautiful gardens and cottage. Bull is a lovely person who can't do enough for you, we had a great time here. Only a 40 minute easy drive to the prom. Lots of other things to do nearby. Fully recommended.'

'My family stayed at Jacomb's Cottage (me, my husband, two teenage daughters and my parents-in-law from overseas). It is such a cute, comfortable and historical cottage! We had a lovely time. The cottage is a short walking distance to almost everything in town. We loved all the history in Walhalla, the walks in the hillside nearby, the gold mine and we even did a ghost tour! Helena responded quickly to any query, and the cottage was precisely as advertised. I would highly recommend Jacomb's...
