4-bedroom stone villa with AC, WiFi, swimming pool in beautiful Umbria

WELCOME to beautiful Umbria! Our farmhouse is just 1 hour north of Rome and 2 hours south of Florence. We have 10+ acres of land to explore. Built in the 1700s & recently remodeled. The main villa has 1 bed, 1 sofa bed, 2 baths, on 2 floors. The two pool apartments have 1 bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bath in each. WiFi is throughout. AC in every bedroom. Swimming pool is fabulous (May to Oct). Enjoy nature, hiking trails, hilltop villages & tranquillity. Come explore The Green Heart of Italy!

THE SPACE:
The main historic farmhouse villa has a super large open space living room with big comfy couch to lounge on, a big dining table for all to enjoy delicious meals, a full size and fully stocked gas kitchen with double-door refrigerator with Ice maker, 1 big master bedroom + 1 den with sofa sleeper upstairs. The main master bathroom is upstairs as well, while the half bathroom is downstairs. The big beautiful terra-cotta tiled terrace with uncovered and covered areas (for stunning sunsets & dinners outside) is massive and faces south, west and north for full days of sunshine and unobstructed views of the beautiful Tiber river valley. The swimming pool is so refreshing in the summer months, and is open May to October. The 2 pool apartments each have a lovely bathroom with large walk-in shower, coffee/tea maker and small refrigerator, a double bed & a double sleeper sofa. You will be surrounded by acres of trees and nature, perfect for hikes and exploring. Since we encourage our guests to have a rental car, you will be able to visit nearby villages (such as Orvieto, Giove, Bomarzo and Montepulciano) or you can park your car at the train station 5 minutes away to take the 1 hour train to Rome, or 2 hour train to Florence (and beyond). This is such as convenient and central location to so much beauty, while being immersed in nature.

NOTES:
You will be able to access all of our property since when you stay with us, you rent the entire complex. Feel at home here with us, without having random guests coming in and out during your stay. Come here and be private, take time off of your busy lives and detach a while. Don't worry though! We have plenty of quick internet for connecting to the world :)

Remember. By design, we do not have TVs in our farmhouse. As mentioned before though, we have quick internet that you are free to use to connect with your Netflix, Amazon Video, and other streaming services you may be a subscriber to, so bring you mobile devices and cozy up on the big couch for while and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Umbria
