Sunrise-accommodaties in Giftun Eilanden

'Still in the process of building so can be a little noisy, our aircon didn’t work and neither did the hairdryer or some lights. When we informed the staff they just made a note, it didn’t get fixed and we didn’t get moved. It didn’t bother us too much but would have been nice if they had sorted it out. Good amenities in the main complex, food was lovely. Pools were clean and the beach part was great as they had foam parties and food festivals. Staff were friendly, all in all it was ok.'

'this is the second SUNRISE resort we visited and again it was great. Rooms and service is great. Clean, the pools are watched carefully which is handy with small kids. Food is pretty good at the buffet restaurant. Service can somewhat be less or missing certain finesse, but they do their best and that is appreciated. If you are bothered by the sales men (excursions, spa etc) approaching you when at the pool, you can get a red flag at the towel center to let them know you want to be left alone....

'Good hotel, nice beach. Good restaurants and the personnel offer a good service to satisfy their clients. Minor items on the downside: seat reservations on the beach is "not allowed", however by 7h30am all front rows are reserved by towels with people showing up only around noon; pity they allow this after all. We were offered a discount on the chargeable restaurant, however on checkout full amount was applied. "you should have told it earlier"... I avoid unnecessary discussions on my holidays,...

'Très bel hôtel avec de belles chambres rénovées. Emplacement au bord de la mer à 30min du centre ville et de l’aéroport. Par contre, l’offre de restauration et de boissons est juste catastrophique !!! Quel dommage !'
