The space:

The guests have the complete semidetached house for their own. In the entrance you can find the small cloackroom with the connection to the basement. On the first floor, there is a living and dining room which contains a big double sleeper couch as well as a terrace door to the garden. From the staircase you can reach the modern spacious bathroom with a toilet, a shower, and a vanity. The kitchen is located on the same floor and is equiped with all kitchen appliance you need and has plenty of space for cooking and eating. The bedroom is next to the kitchen and has a double bed for two people (180x200cm) and a big wardrobe.
Two additional bedrooms are located in the second floor, one of which has a single bed and a double sleeper couch (160x200cm). The other one is equipped with a single bed which has a mattress in its drawer and works as an additional sleeper for one more person. Both rooms have writing desks and plenty of space for storage. A second bathroom is located on the same floor with a toilet, lavatory and a bathtub.
The second floor is only accessible when 5 or more people book the flat. However, under certain circumstances, such as longer stay and upon agreement we can make the second floor accessible even if there are less people.
If requested we can offer additional sleeping space on travel mattresses for several people. Please tell us before booking.
We can also offer you a travel children bed (portacrib) free of charge.

Guest access:

The guests have access to a free parking lot in front of the garage. The garden and the terrace can be used by the guest.

The neighborhood:

The flat has a good travel connection by car and by train. The best bakery in the town is only 50m away. The next supermarket (Pennymarket) is nearby (3 min by car). You can reach the oldtown in about 10 minutes by foot.

Getting around:

You can reach the train station in about 5 minutes from the flat. The connection to the Autobahn A7 is also very good (5 min).
