'I initially booked this place for one night because I wasn’t sure how the place was going to be and also the price threw me off a bit. I thought the price was a bit low. De Ace court caught me by surprise. If I’m not boasting I would say it’s one of the most beautiful, cleanest and cozy places I have stayed in Ghana. The staff were very respectful and security was top notch. The owner was very respectful, responsible, and kind gentleman. His service was top notch. I will not hesitate to rebook...

'no breakfast or only late due to several useless excuses. Only one towel and has to ask for fresh one. Lights, plugs on un-logic locations. No proper bed sheets. Building still under construction. Maybe good place for tourists not for business people.'

'I have worked with an international hotel in the US for 27 years and have stayed at different hotels all over the world. I think cleanliness, security guest services are my priorities. Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower. Overall, I rate the service 10/10. Jennifer, my agent was superb.'

'We needed a room last minute as we had an unexpected travel change for my mom, I booked this room early before our 11am checkout of another accommodation. I called the host and he was very receptive and allowed for an early checkin as we had many bags. The entire team was awesome in taking care of our situation❤️ I would book with them again.'

'It is serviced rooms rather than a hotel, so there is no bar or restaurant on site. Your can order drinks/food from reception, but they will get it from local restaurants. Rooms are clean, but room service did not come during my two-night stay. They are spacious but there only is a tiny window, and the air con is loud and drips on the bedroom floor. When the power goes down (several times during my stay), the air con does not restart when the power returns. Overall it's way overpriced, much...
