'We had a wonderful stay here. Communication was good and fast, and the staff was friendly. The only point of improvement I have is the check-in time. I came directly from the airport. And when we arrived at the accommodation, we had to wait for 45 minutes to an hour before we could go to our apartment. Because we had to wait for the agent. After a long flight, you just want to go to your room and relax. Nonetheless, the agent was very friendly and helpful. So 5 stars.'

'Ok so as soon as I arrived after a grueling 18 hour flight, I expected to find a cold water in the fridge. There was nothing, although Water was listed as included under the amenity section. Also wanted to have nice warm shower and they were no shower, gels or soaps also as listed under the amenity list and the water was mostly cool. I asked the host about the water and soaps and was told I would have to buy or they were not included even though listed on their site Not a single towel in the...
