Hôtel près de Ghaila Ghari Community Forest (Jagatpur)

« The hotel is very far 1 hour by taxi from Sauraha where the national Park is in. So, I chose the jeep safari tour from the hotel which didn't take us to the national Park, instead to the buffer zone only. The tour was good but very expensive. »

« Good Hospitality customer care best service »

« Overall experience was not bad at all. But front staff including some of their management didn’t know about the Expedia booking but they are available booking through Expedia. They make me wait there for 10 min without any reason just because of the expedia. »

« Staff were so welcoming. »

« Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. Special mention for Manager Ashok and F&B staff Stuti and Anup. »
