'The property was undergoing renovation which was not mentioned prior to booking. The 2nd floor where I stayed was a dusty and smelly as was my room. I had the most awful night unable to sleep due to the dust and odor. A true "bait and switch" operation.'

'Incredibly friendly staff with a welcoming bar/lounge area that's perfect for a relaxing drink while finishing the last of your work on your laptop or getting ready for a night out. Great location close to the Convention Center if that's an aspect of your stay. Several good restaurants within walking distance.'

'Valet parking is difficult and expensive, we couldn’t get the trash taken out, and every 15 minutes or so all night something clanged… so while the hotel is pretty… no real sleep at all.'

'The breakfast had little to choose from. Always want the cinnamon buns. There was one left at 8 am. Asked the worker if she had any and she said all out, maybe some will be here tomorrow. Should have tons of those. Every Holiday Inn goes thru the cinnamon buns. Lack of management is my guess. My husband did not have breakfast. When we got there I wanted a hot chocolate, had hot water, no chocolate packets. The bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The streets around the hotel...

'We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future.'
