« I’m a travel advisor so usually I take pictures of the room I’m staying in, but this was an impromptu trip and I was with my kids, so I didn’t. The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. That wasn’t a big deal, but it was annoying because I had three kids with me and planned on using the couch as a bed. There was a moth in my room. « Needing a getaway from home, chose this hotel. Nice front desk employees. Nice housekeeping attendants. Room was ok. Carpet had large spill stain on the floor. No microwave in the room so no heating leftovers. Was not told the breakfast was a pay breakfast. I was annoyed after going down and being embarrassed. « We stayed there while visiting family, so we simply needed a pet friendly hotel, but I feel they could improve breakfast. They had a fridge that held whole milk and packs of butter, but no yogurt as you might find in another hotel. Three of the four cereal dispensers had something inside and all were sugary options. Lastly, the waffle batter had a sour taste when cooked. They don’t need more options, but stock what you do offer and make sure the food isn’t going bad. »

« The only thing I like about this property is the location. It’s so close to many restaurants, cafes, markets and more. I was disgusted with this property and really kept to self because I was traveling with family. I did bring some things up to front desk and they would tell me about housekeeping and cleaning is this day and that day. Clearly this hotel only clean what you can see.
