When we designed our own beachfront villa, we included a completely private West Wing as a condo so our guests could also enjoy the undisturbed beautiful beachfront location, directly on Hoopers Bay which is the SAFEST BEACH on Exuma. You can even keep your rental boat on our buoy which is directly in front of our beach!

Our 3 double bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms accommodation is on 2 floors on our 1.25 acre BEACHFRONT property--ideal for families/friends for up to 6 adults + 1 child for guests wanting a peaceful and private beach break and we can arrange a vehicle when required.

Coral Sands is situated only 12 minutes from George Town International Airport (code GGT) with several direct flights from AA, Delta, and also Air Canada with a winter schedule. Coral Sands is only 6 minutes from the capital George Town, with a good range of local shops ,boat rentals and water taxi to Stocking Island. Nearby to Coral Sands and within one minute drive are 2 local grocery stores, pharmacy and liquor store.
