« terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I canât get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didnât need help, I wouldnât be troubled by its absence. »
