Well equipped kitchen. Hosts not helpful with check in process for late arrival. Studio had an unusual, not pleasant smell when I arrived. Otherwise safe and friendly environment and right on Snug Beach.'

'The room was very noisy, we could hear literally what movie the owner was watching. The owner was smoking in his room, the smoke came into our room and luckily our kids are not asmatic.

'Lovely hotel (I stayed at Moss 25) in a fantastic part of Hobart. Such an easy place to get to anything, steps from the Salamanca markets and only a few minutes walk to the wharf. I stayed in two rooms (loft and pod).
I would stay again, however, I found the rooms way too dark. There was only mood lighting and not enough to make the room bright enough to do anything, esp in the pod rooms that have no natural light whatsoever. The pod rooms as well because there is no fresh air they got very...

'This is a beautiful property and we hope to have the opportunity to stay again. The continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh, the kitchen being well stocked with a variety of tea, coffee, cereal, bread and toppings and juice.
