Unit T441 Limited ocean view condo located on the 1st floor of Pacific Terraces.

Queen bed in the Main bedroom, and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. Sofa sleeper in the living room. Flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD Player.  From your unit it's just a few minute stroll to the beach. Catch a glimpse of our famous Elk in town, or if you're lucky when they're wandering the property!

You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool. There will be NO access to a hot tub.

Musty smell, popcorn ceiling coming down, no hand soap, no screens on any of the sliding doors, crooked toilet seat so sat on rim to go, rusty knobs, uncomfortable beds, damp sofa upon check in, uncomfortable sofa. Says to not move furniture but must in order to use couch to sleep on. Curtains in main room dirty. Overpriced for quality. Can't imagine what is preventing owners from investigating even 1K to update the property and fixtures. Most fans didnt work or were so noisy they were a nuisance.

Great Location

The beds are uncomfortable as stated in previous reviews. Bring extra bedding to be comfortable. The location is great, it’s clean and very close to the beach. We had a great visit. If there is a short list of things to upgrade, I would suggest mattresses and bedding.

Needs new sofa broken down, bed is very hard

The condo is older, but clean spacious, nice kitchen, two bathrooms, nice showers. Furniture old and worst of all uncomfortable, bed very hard and uncomfortable. You have to get the beds and furnishings right! I wouldn’t stay again only for that reason, everything else was good.

Easy walk to an unoccupied beach! Easy drive to Astoria and Seaside. As noted in previous reviews, it is rundown and beds are not very comfortable. However, if you have kids and looking for Easy beach access and a quiet place to stay, this could be it. A very short walk to McMenamins.

The access to the beach and the big front room really made a great stay for us. We cooked some fun meals for friends and had a fun game night. The kitchen and big front room area were perfect for all this.

Perfect place for a casual beach stay

Last minute plans we were fortunate to find this condo available for two nights. Clean, comfortable and convenient. No ocean view but a short walk down to the sand. Pleasant surroundings, quiet and right across the street from The San Trap pub.. great food and drink. Park the car, unload some groceries and enjoy easy days in this delightful rental.

Well kept and clean accommodations. Great location in Gearhart, quick drive to more touristy and crowded surrounding areas. 5 minute walk to the beach was wonderful! I do wish the check in process was more transparent. The only reason I knew to go to the Mcmenamins for check-in was from reading another review

Simple, but awesome!

The unit is spacious with comfortable seating area in living room and comfortable beds in bedrooms. The advertisement stated you could see the beach from the property, or had an ocean view out of one window... not true. The beach is just a very short walk away though. The property was clean and tidy, stocked with extra blankets. No TVs in bedrooms so bring tablets or laptops for children! I'd stay there again.

Overall, a good place to stay

This condo is represented accurately in the VRBO listing. On the plus -- the open living/dining/kitchen feels spacious and well-lit. Sliding doors connect this open area to the outside. One bedroom has its own full bath and the other has an adjacent full bath. A hallway separates the two bedrooms for extra privacy. On the downside, the condo is dated (furnishings, kitchen) and worn, and is fairly, but not completely clean-looking. The address is quite confusing. It is located on 10th Avenue. But if you put the condo number and 10th Avenue into a zoom search, it shows a house in Seaside, not Gearhart. You have to check in using the office inside McMenamins , and they will provide a map. Overall, a decent place for the money.

Solid Spot, Great Location

Great stay at the condo. It's on the outer edge of the property (quiet) and is on 10th which is a straight 2 block walk/drive to the beach access. The condo hasn't been updated recently (if that's your thing) BUT is very clean and no musty odor (common in beach rentals). Common area is very spacious. Everything was in fine working order. Couple things to know: The sliding door in the main room is the front door (with a lock of course) and the mattresses are firm (so plan accordingly). My friends stayed at the McMennemin's for a similar price and we all thought my condo was a better deal. We will come back.

Property was well located by the beach and was sufficient but not cute or comfortable. Whole place needs to be gutted and redone. Couch was caving in. Heating system under bench in front room was a bit terrifying. Light in backyard with no off switch made bedrooms bright as sunrise and hard to sleep.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location! Once we figured out check in process the front desk staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping was a plus! Biggest complaint was the beds were not comfortable and shared wall with neighbor too thin in bedroom.
