The apartment is suitable for couples, solo travellers and business guests. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.



The Space:

The apartment combines a sleeping area with a comfortable lounge space. It features a double bed with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows, a sofa, armchairs with a coffee table, and a Smart TV with access to cable channels. The exposed brick wall, wooden ceiling beams, decorative wallpaper and ornamental fireplace give the interior its distinctive character. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. The windows overlook the surrounding city buildings.



Guests also have access to a desk and chair, providing a comfortable place to work on a laptop, as well as an open clothes rail.



The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer, an induction hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. Guests can also use crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and basic utensils needed to prepare their own meals. A dining table with seating is located nearby. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



The bathroom features a shower with a rainfall showerhead and glass enclosure, a washbasin, a mirror and a toilet. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo and soap, are provided.
