Villa's in Gaylord

'This ain't the Ritz, so if that's what you're looking for, keep looking. The place is clean. The office staff is helpful. The place is dated. Amenities? A/C, fridge, microwave and in room coffee, iron and hair dryer. More than I needed and the price was right. I did extend by 1 night and the price doubled, but it was ok. Several bar/eateries in walking distance. I would go back.'

'Pools were not maintained supposed to be heated and was not. One of the hot tubs was ice cold. One of the outdoor pools were unusable with green water. The indoor outdoor pool was cold and full of pollen. This cement around the pool was all cracked and broken with large chunks missing with rugs over the cracks which I thought was a big hazard. 'The room was clean but the on knob on the shower was broke and hard to use, the fan in the bathroom was noisy. No breakfast. We had room 601 in the loft. Would not stay again.'

'I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I could hear very clearly the guests in the room above us. Very thin floors. Water pressure on the shower was poor. Definitely not worth the $260 we paid.'

'When we got to the office ar the Waters, we couldn’t find a soul in sight to get us checked in. We called multiple times, rang the ring doorbell multiple times… no response. Went to the bar across the road and they knew the owner and said he was sleeping. We went back over and sat in front of the room hoping he would greet, apologize, etc….he never even showed his face and made zero effort to honor the booking. Needless to say, we were Extremely disappointed with this booking that left us...
