good room, food, facilities. Being a hotel in a tourist place, it need to keep brochures about the things to see and do, the desk manager should inform guests about the activities. courteous staff but can be more informative.

Fortune Statue Of Unity, Ekta Nagar - Member ITC Hotels' Group
Room was stinky, washroom was not thoroughly cleaned and AC was not working. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash must be separate, one head to toe was not good quality.
