'Villa Estrella was just perfect for us, very clean and had everything we needed, we paid extra to have the hot tub in May which was fabulous and the pool and outside covered dining/bbq area was great to all gather together. The host, Sonia, called round on the 1st morning and was lovely and gave us really helpful tips about local markets and places to eat out.'

'La casa esta muy bien. La ubicacion es muy buena. Se puede aparcar en la puerta y muy cerca de la playa. El jardin de la casa es muy bonito y muy comodo para estar si estas en el piso de abajo. Por el anuncio no queda claro que piso es el que estas reservando, pero como estabn vacios los dos pudimos elejir. Rose mari fue muy atenta con nosotros y nos facilito mucho la estancia. La unica pega es que la salida es a las 9 de la mañana'

'Villa Cocon was a sanctuary for all 12 of us, ranging from age 3 - 71! The villa was perfect with a plethora of games and activities for the children and adults alike. We have never been to this area of Spain, usually opting for culture over heat, so it was a different sort of holiday for us staying put and not venturing far! "It was the 2nd time we rented this house. Again we had an excellent stay. Location is great, right at the beach and superb views from the terraces. Hosts Luis and Marga are most kind and make you feel welcome and at home."

"Our stay started with a very warm welcome by Maria. We highly appreciated the nice and big clean room with small kitchen refrigerator, water Quooker, magnetron. Fine Japanese restaurant on the base floor of this hotel. The breakfast is really superior at the bar/bakery next to the hotel( belongs to the hotel). The choices of breakfast are really various, we highly appreciated the quality of the food/ bakery /coffee and also the kindness of the waitresses. The bar is also a good place for a cold beer or another drink! During the Spanish/Portugese Energy Black Out on Monday 28th April the hotel employees came with water and battery lamps(!!). This hotel highly cares about its clients , you really feel yourself very welcome. We'll come back , for sure!"

"Mooie grote kamer. Uitzicht vanaf het hotel/kamer op Lorca. Vriendelijk personeel en bediening. Minder vonden wij het diner. Vooral het voorgerecht 'empanadas' waren zonder smaak en droog. Het beloofde "culinaire" zat helaas meer in de kleine porties dan in de kwaliteit van bereiding."
